this was the winning recipe on Food Networks Ultimate Recipe Showdown 3 - Hot & Spicy. I have a love of spicy food and mole is one of my favorite sauces but it can be quite complex and time consuming, My version can be whipped up in minutes and tastes like it has been cooking all day!
