  1. Very quick and easy to make. It has a more complex and richer taste than the bottled variety available on grocery shelves. I used high-quality chipotle powder from my local co-op, that probably made a positive difference.
     
  2. Oh, this is SO good! It turned an ordinary chicken salad sandwich into a masterpiece. I followed the recipe, using fresh lemon juice, sea salt and a 3 pepper blend of black, red and yellow peppers. I topped my homemade gluten free buttermilk bread with lettuce, tomato, shredded chicken and chipotle mayonnaise. Delicious! Thanks for sharing this awesome spread, jlotterer!
