I served this sauce with smoked pork tenderloins and my 26 dinner guests just raved about it. So much so, that most of them wanted the recipe. Since that first time, I've served it many times on a wide assortment of meat, and it always gets great reviews. Just remember to make it a day early so the favors have time to marry.
So easy and oh so good! It's really good on wraps with any kind of meat, esp fried fish.

I added garlic and after processing thought it was too thin to spread. I then added cilantro & green onions to. Served with Spicy Black Bean Burgers, but it would be good with almost anything if you enjoy spicy! Made for Fall 09 Pick A Chef.
