Oh yum....just loving this!!
Superb on sandwiches, burgers and as a dip for fries...we've done it all, and licked up every last dribble of it!!!
Made and reviewed as a THANK YOU for tagging in PRMR during the recent TIC-TAC-TOE event.
I made this and used it with a chopped egg and avocado sandwich and it was super! Just the right kick. Thanks! Made for Zaar Stars game.
Two words: yum yum. This mayo would brighten any sandwich. The flavors are perfect, with just enough heat. Thanks for posting! Made for Super Bowl Football Pool.
What a terrific addition to jazz up some sandwiches! I slathered it on a panini and loved it. I know I'll use this recipe over & over. The garlic & note of oregano fit in perfectly and added depth to the sauce. Thank you for sharing the recipe.
This was a nice addition to our grilled hamburgers. I fixed it as posted, tasted then added a dash of lime juice. Adding the lime juice gave this another demension and made it perfect for us. I could see making a potatoe salad using this sauce. I will fix this again! Thank you for posting lazyme.
Excellent! This will be a staple at my house. Sweetie is a mayo lover. I can't get him to eat the low fat mayo. I used fat free mayo in this recipe and he doesn't have a clue. He loves it! I don't know if it is an accurate copy of anything but it stands on it's own merits. :-)
This makes a great spread for sandwiches and really livens them up. This is not too spicy at all. Very mild zing that just tickles your taste buds. The garlic in this is a must! Adds a level of flavor that blends very well with the mayo and chipotle. DH does not care for raw garlic so I used garlic powder. The oregano gives a nice subtle background note. The salt could be omitted imho- if you are salt sensitive leave it out. I made this with Kraft Mayo made with Olive Oil. Thanks Lazyme for an awesome recipe! This is great for ham sandwiches! DH loved it!
