Orignally developed this recipe to use with my Classic Baja-Style Fish Tacos Classic Baja-Style Fish Tacos, but decided there are alot of other great recipes this could be used for.
- 177.44 ml mayonnaise
- 14.79 ml chopped chipotle chile, seeded
- 4.92 ml adobo sauce
- 4.92 ml Dijon mustard
- 4.92 ml lime juice
- 29.58 ml chopped coriander (cilantro)
- salt (to taste)
- Mix the ingredients together and store in refrigerator.
This was a great mayo for our turkey burgers! I love chipotle chiles so I knew this would be great. You could use this on so many different things. It would add a nice punch to just a regular cold meat sandwich. I'll have to use this on a panini too....such a great mayo. Thanks for posting!
Made for Photo Tag. Versatile...super simple to prepare and it packas a nice lil *pop* of flavour from the chipotle!
