- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon pureed chipotle chile
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1⁄2 lime, juice of
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 pinch salt
- In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle puree, water, lime juice, garlic, cilantro and salt.
