Sweet and smoky hot. I did a quicker, raw verison of the marinade, then reduced it on the stove for a sauce.

This recipe is good, especially with the pineapple. The shrimp really does take on the flavor of the marinade. However, be ready for a lot of dishes. IMO, it is too much work for simple grilled shrimp.

Kicking Hot! I would suggest removing the seeds if you don `t go for the heat in a dish.
I substituted marmalade for the oranges and light brown sugar because I didn't have fresh oranges.
We enjoyed this very flavorful dish. I was going to grill it but the weather told me not to. So I made it under the broiler. Served it with white rice to cool the heat down. Just yummy. Thanks!
