I love this melted on BBQ grilled steak. Try this spicey butter on any grilled meat, fish, poultry or vegetable. Increase the amount of chipotles if you want "hot hot".
- Place ingredients in a food processor or blender and process until well combined.
- Put in a covered container and refrigerate.
This was wonderful on grilled sirloins and cob corn. I also used it the next day in a baked potato for lunch.
Excellent taste! We used this on corn. I just bought little chipotle cubes and each cube is the equivalent of 1 chipotle pepper. I halved the recipe and use about 1/2 cube, can't handle too much heat. Thanks for a yummy butter! Made for Lorac's cookathon.
I love this! I have Chipotle Compound Butter without garlic. Love garlic!!! I just mixed chopped garlic and chipotle in the softened butter. Thanks.
