Serve along side Chili-Lime-Cumin Beef Skirt Steak Skewers Chili-Lime-Cumin Beef Skirt Steak Skewers.
- 1 1⁄2 cups sour cream
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon adobo sauce, from canned chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
- Combine all ingredients in small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
I served this with recipe #208401. I like the smoky heat taste & the cilantro matched well. I did add some minced garlic.
This was a good start, to about 1 cup of sour cream, I added one chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, a large clove of garlic, lime juice and zest. This makes a great taste combination. (I used this combined with fresh salsa that had cilantro in it so I didn't want to add any extra. ) I sizzzed everything together with my immersion blender. I served this with Recipe #360762.
