I used this for grilled lobster tails last weekend. I do admit I added ingredients but this is what I used as my base recipe. I added 4 roasted garlic cloves, and 1 tsp lemon zest. It was delicious!
Easy, addictive and totally sassy! This will be a regular butter for our summer barbeques now - made to accompany home-made steak burgers and also spread onto freshly toasted French baguette.....smoky and hot.....10 stars! I made this with some chipotle chilis Rita sent me and then cooked in her adobo sauce......excellent all round! Thanks Rita! FT:-)
