This is a great recipe and everyone should try it. However, if the person who posted this is going to post someone else's recipes, she should avoid making her own misguided changes to it. The original recipe calls for sharp cheddar, not reduced fat cheese. It also calls for real, pure, butter, not margarine. Pretty typical of you to copy a recipe and add in your own neurotic changes as if they were put in there by the chef.

I've made this before, got the cookbook, and it is totally awesome!! Very unique flavor and texture...the whole Family Circus loved it! I substituted ground turkey for chicken in mine kept the rest the same. And no it isn't as hard as it looks to make and totally worth it!

These were very good! I doubled te chipotle chile to 2, but it still wasn't overly spicy. Next time I will try 3...maybe even 4. I used shredded chicken instead of ground, and it still turned out perfectly. I will be making these more often! Thanks for the recipe!
