Chipotle Aioli Sauce
- 1 egg yolk
- 1⁄2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1⁄4-1⁄2 cup oil (depending on taste)
- 2 teaspoons chipotle paste
- salt and pepper
- In a food processor or blender, mix egg yolk for 10 to 15 seconds.
- Add garlic and lemon juice; continue to mix on medium-to-high speed.
- Slowly drizzle oil in, while mixing, until mixture starts to thicken.
- Add chipotle paste and mix until incorporated.
- Season with salt and pepper.
