What a great idea! Use up those takeout sauces you get in those little packets! Yield is approximate. The size of the packets is estimated.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (1 ounce) packet mustard
  • 2 (1 ounce) packets soy sauce
  • 3 (1 ounce) packets Chinese duck sauce

Directions

  1. Mix together and brush over chicken, beef, fish or whatever you like, or use as a dipping sauce, or mix with rice or noodles.
  2. Couldn't be easier!

I didn't have the little packets... but I did have all the stuff in jars. So I simply mixed it at the same ratio. What a neat flavour. I will definately use this recipe again!

I knew there was a reason I saved all those little packets from take-out bags! I used 2 packets of the hot mustard & kept the others as written. It was perfect! Thanks for the idea!

Neat idea! Because of the soy sauce I found this to be quite salty. Mix a little into something bland, like rice, and it's very good. I really like the mustard flavour in this.
