  1. Heat chicken stock to boiling; add mushrooms, water chestnuts and scallions. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, about 5 minutes.
  2. Cook, uncovered, until liquid is almost evaporated, about 5 minutes. Spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
