Directions

  1. Cut asparagus into 1 1/2-inch lengths.
  2. Boil water, soy sauce and sugar in a large saute pan over high heat.
  3. Add asparagus and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer until tender-crisp (about 5 minutes).
