Found this recipe along with a recipe that called for a chinese salad dressing in a Better Crocker magazine. Use this on Asian tossed salads. Sharing this so I can have on hand when needed. I am just guessing on how much this makes.
- 1⁄4 cup low-fat mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons citrus vinaigrette dressing
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Mix all together in a bowl and use amount needed for a salad.
EXCELLENT Asian flavor for your salad! I made this dressing according to the instructions, but doubled the ingredients. I added raspberry vinaigrette because I did not have the citrus vinaigrette.
