  • Break up noodles in package before opening.discard seasoning.
  • Brown noodles, almonds and sesame seeds in butter over medium high heat. Stir constantly'.
  • Combine oil, vinigar, sugar and soy sauce in small sauce pan and bring to boil. Do not stir.
  • Let cool and refridgerate.
  • Put cabbage and scallions in large salad bowl and springle the noodle mixture inches.
  • Toss with dressing right before serving.
