Delicious! I used fresh peaches and water instead of the reserved peach juice. Really enjoyed the sauce over the rice. I used pork rib chops and cooked them for less time than recommended.

This was very yummy! I was looking for a recipe to use up some peach preserves I had, and this did just the trick! My husband and I declared this one a keeper!

Made for Recipe Swap #21 Aus/NZ. We really enjoyed these and liked the combination of soy sauce and peaches. Served with Cheese Topped Green Beans. Thanks for posting this Seasoned Cook!

These were pretty good and they were easy to make. I used boneless center cut chops, and they dried out a bit even though I cooked them for less than the alotted time. I bet this would be much better with bone in chops.

Very tasty pork chops! I used my own frozen peaches, which made their own juice while defrosting, rather than syrup, so it worked very well. Also had no peach or apricot preserves so used a home made canned chutney which also worked very well, with Splenda brown sugar mix Sorry for the changes, we loved the result which I feel was close to the intention of your recipe. Thanks for posting, I would make it again!
