Yummmmm, this is a real nice sauce, next time I think that I will put it with prawns and salad like a prawn cocktail, that would confuse the guests as it tastes quite different from the usual one. Made for breast awareness 09

I love this sauce!!! I can see the possibilities, too-I think I will make some more and try adding onion, garlic, relish, celery, parsley, ginger-you get the idea! I think it will be great for sandwiches, burgers, fried seafood. Thank you, KarlaOregon, for a great recipe!!! Made for the Think Pink Tag Game In Honor of Breast Cancer Awareness, October 2008.

Instead of sugar, use honey. Instead of horseradish, use wasabi. Otherwise this tastes remarkably like the sauce we have for MarFar chicken in southern Oregon. Delicious!
