  1. Combine the scallions, walnuts, carrots and linguine.
  2. Over medium heat, heat Corn& Sesame Oil in a saucepan and add sesame seeds and saute till seeds are lightly browned (do no burn).
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. Stir in Coriander and soy sauce.
  5. Pour oil mixture over linguine and toss well.
  6. Serve hot or cold.
