  1. Combine broth, wine and soy sauce in large saucepan. Heat to boiling.
  2. Add noodles, vegetables and chicken. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender and chicken is cooked, 5-8 minutes. Remove pan from heat.
  3. Stir in watercress and onions.
