I made this tonight to go with my store bought egg rolls. Don't get to close while making it. I was making sure that it was smooth and apparently leaned to close. Boy did my eyes start to burn. When I recovered from that I took a little taste. Set my mouth on fire and had a shooting pain in my ear (Have a little ear infection. I think it's cured). Good stuff for sure! My DD who is not very brave with spicy stuff even liked it. This will be made many more times!

This recipe deserves a 10 for heat! This was mixed up and served with Baked Egg Rolls for a real sinus clearing experience.

Verelucky, saw this recipe for hot mustard, and you could of blown me over with the corn crib. I never knew that my favorite mustard could be made so easily. Hotter then cats on a tin roof too! Couldn't of been easier, and the taste 100 times better then those packets I keep in the junk drawer, just in case I need them. Who knew? Thanks so very much, Verelucky.

So simple and so perfect. At first I had trouble locating the English mustard but eventually found it in the spice section... Excellent taste and will really clear your sinuses... Thanks for posting it!

Excellent. I used with P. F. Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps . My husband said it reminded him of a mustard they use to call "sinus cleaning mustard". Very strong. I bet it would taste great on a polish dog too.

I wanted this for dinner tonight. It took all of....maybe 2.5 minutes and was just the ticket. I actually cut it in half since I'm the only hot mustard fan at my house. It was plenty hot even without resting. It was great and it was so easy I still can't believe it. Thanks!

Easy and excellent. If you use beer instead of water, it's truly blow-your-head-off spicy :)
