Do you love the tea that they serve at Chinese food restaurants? Here is the very simple recipe for hot green tea, just like they serve in China.

Units: US | Metric
- 4 cups cold water
- 4 teaspoons green tea (or 4 tea bags)
- 1Bring water just to a boil. Remove from the heat.
- 2Put the tea leaves in a strainer and put in the water to steep (or add tea bags if you are using them instead). Steep for 3-5 minutes.
- 3Remove tea and serve immediately in a teapot.
