- 1 roll of pork sausage
- 2 chopped green onions
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic (or as much as you like)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
- 1 (10 ounce) package wonton wrappers
- 1 egg (to seal the wrappers closed)
- Mix all the ingredients above together then ball up about a tsp and a half onto the wonton wrapper and seal closed with some egg juice.
- Steam for about 5-10 minutes.
