My mom has made this recipe for years! I enjoy it so I thought others might too. I am not sure where she got the recipe.

  1. Just before serving, mix the first 5 ingredients, breaking up the noodles.
  2. Then mix with the remaining ingredients.
  3. Ready to Eat!

Very good. Will cut down on the sugar though for personal taste.

Very good flavor! I like the addition of Soy sauce to the dressing. I added a bit more garlic than called for, casue I like garlic. I agree this is perfect for a church salad supper or luncheon.

I liked the use of red onion in this version. I did cut the sugar in half and used splenda instead. Turned out really great!
