In honor of the 2008 Beijing Olympics!
- 1 1⁄2 ounces jamaican dark rum
- 1 teaspoon triple sec
- 1 teaspoon maraschino juice
- 1 tablespoon grenadine
- 1 dash bitters
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
- Garnish with a paper umbrella and a maraschino cherry.
