Out of this world taste is right! Such a wonderful layering of flavors. I made as directed & served with basmati rice on the side. Because these turn out deliciously carmelized & sticky, next time I will try boneless thighs for ease in eating (and cut the cooking time accordingly.) Even thyme-haters should try this. For once it doesn't over-power a dish but enhances the other flavors. Thanks for a marvelous and simple recipe that delivers complex taste.

I really loved the combination of flavors from all the ingredients in this yummy chicken! I used 1/2 of a jalapeno so as not to give it too much heat. I wasn't sure about my companies tolerance to a really hot dish, so I compromised and used less peppers. It came out just hot enough for all of us, without burning our lips. Everyone really enjoyed it along with me, and it went very well with our Pork Fried Rice! Thank you for sharing your recipe with us LARavencroft! Made for 123 Star Wonders 2/09

These are just delicious! Very easy and relatively quick to make too. Not liking too much heat, I used only about 1/3 of a jalapeno but certainly could stand more. Next time I suspect I shall do as ordered :-) and use a whole one. I am delighted I tried this!
