  • Chop onion, celery, chicken and cabbage.
  • Break-up ramen noodles.
  • Combine.
  • Dressing: Mix the ramen seasoning packets, red wine vinegar, sugar, vegetable oil, sesame oil and soysauce.
  • Toss dressing after mixing well with salad.
  • Put salad in refrigerator for 1 hour.
