Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 lbs cooked chicken breasts, cut fine
  • 1 lb coleslaw mix
  • 6 green onions, cut fine
  • 12 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken-flavored ramen noodles, save seasoning packets for dressing (uncooked)
  • Dressing

  • 6 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 4 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 12 cup oil

Directions

  1. Toast sesame seeds and almonds 10 minutes @ 250 degrees. Combine salad ingredients.Mix dressing ingredients plus the reserved ramen noodle seasoning packets. Pour over salad and toss. Best if made the night before.
