The proportions/taste is spot-on! At first, I thought about using ginger-garlic paste instead, but very glad I used fresh. I didn't have any cilantro, so I chopped some scallions for color. Thank you!

This is absolutely great tasting.However, the proportion of the stock to chicken is not right.I used three cups of stock to 3/4 kg chicken and doubled the salt, black pepper, sugar, ajinimoto and sugar.With the current proportions, the manchurian will not be saucy.The gravy will be cluttered with chcken pieces.Manchurian has to be of a moderately runny consistency.Recipie wise this is a prize winner.My husband licked away the whole bowl.
