A tasty dish and quick preparation.
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 sliced green pepper
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut in bite size pieces
- 1⁄2 cup blanched almond
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup pineapple chunk, drained
- Brown green pepper and almonds in butter until tender, 10 minutes.
- Mix with other ingredients.
- Put in casserole dish.
- Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes.
- Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
