  • 5 ounces chocolate chips
  • 5 ounces butterscotch chips
  • 0.5 (16 ounce) bag chow mein noodles (adjust to your taste)
  • 2 teaspoons peanut butter

directions

  • Melt chips and peanut butter in a sauce pan. Pour over chow mein noodles and stir together. Spoon by spoonfuls on to a cookie sheet covered with wax paper.
  • Refrigerate.

I am a RN and I work in the operating room, which doesn't leave much time for cooking. But when I find the time I love to find recipes on Zaar and try them out.
