- 236.59 ml cake flour
- 177.44 ml powdered sugar
- 1.23 ml salt
- 118.29 ml finely ground blanched almond
- 88.74 ml peanut oil
- 1 well beaten egg
- 4.92 ml almond extract
- 24-1 whole blanched almonds
directions
- Sift flour, sugar, salt and ground almonds together.
- Add oil.
- Stir in egg and extract.
- Roll dough about 1/4 inch thickness.
- Cut into small rounds.
- Press whole almond in center.
- Bake at 375 degrees F about 15 minutes.
