      Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in this. The amount of oregano might have been tolerable if the fresh herb was used, but this much dried simply overwhelmed the other flavors. The dried herb also turned the sauce an unpleasant black color. It would have been nice to make chimichurri when fresh herbs aren't available, but I'm afraid this one simply doesn't work.
