A summer version of Irish coffee and dessert in a glass. Put the work week behind you and kickback, cool down and enjoy this Irish whiskey, coffee liqueur flavored expresso blended with vanilla ice cream.
- 3 ounces cold espresso or 3 ounces strong coffee
- 1 ounce Irish whiskey
- 1⁄2 ounce coffee liqueur
- 1⁄2 ounce irish cream
- 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
- ice cube
- Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
OHHH!!!! This was so good! The only thing I did different was I used decaf coffee. This goes down very easily so be careful! Thanks for a great summer drink! (or anytime for that matter!)
