An easy peasy chili.
- 1⁄2 lb ground beef
- 1⁄4 onion, chopped
- 1 cup red kidney beans, drained
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- Chop onion into small pieces.
- In large sauce pan over medium-high heat, cook onions and ground beef until beef is fully cooked (brown).
- Pour in red kidney beans, tomato sauce, and chili spices.
- Cook over medium heat for 10 minutess, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with cheese and onions.
