Posted to go with Coconut Prawns, but would make a good dipping sauce for many dishes.
- 1⁄2 cup savoury plum sauce (eg the SPC brand)
- 2 tablespoons thai chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 spring onion, finely chopped
- Mix all the ingredients except the springonion together in a bowl.
- Scatter the spring onion over the top to garnish.
