Found it a bit time consuming but well worth the effort. The taste was really good... Mom said that it was like food served in a restaurant... only BETTER! Had a little trouble with the white mixture holding together so sprinkled a bit of water and that helped. I also pan-fried the koftas instead of deep-frying them and it was great! Thanks for the recipe!
this dish is really unique, I'm always looking for ways to add tons of flavor to tofu dishes, and this recipe had TONS of flavor.
