- 1⁄3 cup chicken stock
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped
- Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
