- 29.58 ml chili oil
- 3 red peppers, chopped 2 cm dice
- 14.79 ml soy sauce
directions
- Heat oil and fry peppers until starting to soften (3 - 4 mins).
- Add the soy and simmer briefly, tip into a serving dish.
