From Donna Hay's 'Flavours'.
- 1 red chile, seeded and chopped
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄4 cup cilantro, chopped (coriander leaves)
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- Place all ingredients in a bowl to combine.
- Serve over steamed snake beans/spinach/any vegetables as desired.
