Directions

  1. Cook corn on the cobs by boiling or steaming until soft.
  2. Melt butter, add corriander (chopped fine) and chilli powder in a wok or frypan.
  3. Then stir fry cooked corn cobs until butter has soaked through.
  4. Add extra corriander on the corn cob for decoration.
