  1. Drain beans and set aside. Heat oil and saute onions until soft. Add garlic meat and seasonings, and flour, cook meat until brown. . Add tomatoes and beans. Add 1-2 (14 ounce) cans beef broth to desired consistency. Add taco sauce to taste. Simmer for 30 minutes stirring occasionally.
  2. Serve in bread bowls or with crackers.
