      Great way to use up some excess watermelon. I processed the yogurt in with everything else to have a creamy soup. Very nice and refreshing.

      Great, refreshing summer soup! All the flavors blend so nicely together. I doubled the recipe, and left out the optional honey. My whole family enjoyed this. Thanx for this recipe....it's a keeper!
