    1. 1 Combine rice, green onions, green peppers, almonds and parsley in medium serving bowl.
    2. 2 Blend oil, rice vinegar, salt and pepper in small mixing bowl. Pour over rice mixture. Toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Stir and add salt and pepper to taste.
