- 709.77 ml orzo pasta, cooked
- 177.44 ml ken's lite northern light Italian dressing
- 118.29 ml spinach, julienned
- 118.29 ml red onion, diced
- 177.44 ml tomatoes, diced
- 59.14 ml black olives, cut in half
- 44.37 ml capers, drained
- 14.79 ml parsley, chopped
- 59.14 ml parmesan cheese, shredded
directions
- Prepare Orzo as directed on the box.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Toss gently to coat evenly.
- Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
