Light, cool drink/fruit course for those hot summer nights. From Secrets of the Spas by Catherine Bardey.
- 2 seedless oranges, peeled and cut into wedges. (save some of the peel for garnish if desired)
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup brewed orange pekoe tea, chilled
- Place oranges in glass bowl or cup.
- Dissolve honey in the tea and add to bowl.
- Chill for 4 hours before serving.
- Garnish with small strips of orange zest if desired.
