  • 12 cup strawberry, hulled and sliced
  • 12 cup blueberries
  • 12 cup raspberries
  • 12 cup blackberry
  • 1 cup orange juice (Tropicana Light 'N Healthy Orange Juice Beverage with Calcium)
  • 12 medium apple, unpeeled, diced
  • 6 ounces nonfat vanilla yogurt, Weight Watchers brand

  • Combine all berries and orange juice beverage in a food processor. Purée on medium-high power until semi-smooth and liquified. Stir in diced apple and yogurt until fully incorporated. Transfer to a thermos or plastic container with a secure lid. Keep fruit soup chilled until ready to eat. Yields about 1 1/2 cups per serving.

  1. Almost like a smoothie, but not quite ~ Just as tasty, though! I used frozen strawberries & blackberries but fresh blueberries & raspberries! Also used a whole Jazz apple since they aren't all that large! Enjoyed the mixed berry taste & thinking of this as soup! Definitely a keeper!
