A scrumptious light soup with harmonious sweet, spiced, and minty flavours.
- 1⁄3 cantaloupe, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 1⁄3 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 5 mint leaves, chopped
- Combine cantaloupe and orage juice in a blender; process until smooth.
- Transfer mixture into a large bowl.
- Stir in lime juice, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Chill for 1 hour.
- Stir in mint leaves and serve.
