Refreshing and creamy; it's so hard to find an avocado soup recipe that doesn't taste like pureed guacamole.

  1. Using a blender or food processor, puree the avocados and garlic.
  2. With the machine running, pour in the broth until it's smooth and reaches the desired consistency.
  3. Add the lime juice, sour cream, Tabasco and salt & pepper to taste.
  4. Chill at least an hour.
  5. To serve, you can top with a dollop of sour cream, chopped green onion, or more Tabasco.

I loved this soup! (DH grumbled that he didn't like cold soups, so we won't count him!) I had enjoyed a similar soup on a recent cruise and this brought back lovely Caribbean memories!<br/>made for Spring PAC 2014
